I went through the drive through. Staff were fine but I received my meal. The fries were freezing, the wrap wasnt even properly wrapped up and half of the stuff was falling out of it when i opened it (also the wrap was ripped all over so sauce and ingredients were falling out there too). I had a milkshake but unfortunately the lid was broken so milkshake leaked out the top and the bottom literally had ice attached to it. On top of that the milkshake cup had a hole (presumably caused by the ice). So by the time i got home, the milkshake had filled up my cup holders

Friendly enough atmosphere . Food arrived quite quickly bit I might aswell have gone to farm foods and grabbed something out the freezer and ate that.

Food. My wives latte was room temperature
Service. No coordination . Had to get up twice to go get stuff that should been served with my order. The place was not busy so i expected a bit more attention but it felt as if we were begging for the food.
Just giving the review because you can do better. I have had better service here before. And I left a good review.

This has got to be the worst McDonald?s in the country majority of there food is cold they generally miss something off orders and then when you call the person in charge has a snotty response, the thing is we didn?t want a refund constructive criticism should make a business do better bad management

Is the happy meal coming without fries? As i bought 2 today, non of them have a fries. Trying to call them but no one picking up calls or cut the call on me. Very rude and unprofessional staff behaviour
