Had a home delivery that was fulfilled by this McDonald and there was food missing! Phoned up the restaurant and they denied responsibility and told us to phone Uber, even though we ordered directly through the McDonalds app! We paid again for the missing food! In my experience with this restaurant are inept as they have got many of my orders wrong over the last few years. Personally I would not use this restaurant again!

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered through their app (I don?t recommend this). They got the order wrong and it?s taken an hour to get in contact with them and a whole 25 calls. It?s an absolute joke.

Not the best McDonald's only go if I'm passing by, other ones in the area have a better service and atmosphere. Takes ages to get your food, isn't fast food at all. The parking and drive thru situation is always a shambles.

Food is okay, but I have NEVER had my full order from this McDonald?s, I get people make mistakes, I?ve worked in the food industry before. But how on earth they make mistake after mistake is beyond me, staff definitely need re-training or a new way of doing orders, they clearly don?t check the orders. I?ve let it go so many times but I?ve had enough now. TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Avoid this McDonald?s at all costs, pure incompetence

I ordered my food to take away and they did not for fill the order the food came out wrong, they did not look at what order came through. It took half a hour for my food to come out. Very disappointed will not be going there again.

Barely ever get your order right. I don't think I've ordered from here once and gotten all the items I paid for. They're either swapped with something completely different or just never turned up.
