Have been getting prescriptions and pharmacy 1st advice from here for a few months now and their service has been impeccable and very fast. I am usually served by Samira, she has been very nice and helpful every time I visit, would highly recommend.

The staff at Brandhall Pharmacy are always really efficient and helpful. I never have to wait long, and everything is handled smoothly and with care. It makes such a difference to have a pharmacy that?s so well organised and reliable. Highly recommend!

Never answer the phone and staff seem to spend a lot of time talking: having banter and not acknowledging customers. Will be changing my nominated pharmacy as previous one treated customers more politely. Medication wasn?t available and wasn?t given a date to return - just ?pop in and see?. Awful service.

Everytime I go and get my prescription the staff are always friendly and Annie the pharmacist is so helpful and it's nice as I am greeted with my name a livley personal touch

I visited today to seek some advice from the Pharmacist. The Pharmacist Annie was so professional, welcoming and friendly. Annie took time to provide helpful advice in a confidential manner and was very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and supported. Thank you Annie.

Absolutely poor service. Partner went to pick up my prescription and specifically asked if it was suitable For someone who might be pregnant was told it was fine. I pay for my prescription so I didn?t want to pay for prescription I couldn?t use. That was a reason we asked the question on arriving home and reading the information. It?s not to be taken but anyone pregnant? Breastfeeding or trying to get pregnant. Call the doctor again, who informed me that the pharmacy should not have given me that information And that I should not take the medication. I don?t know where they find this ?trained qualified pharmacist? because this pharmacist has no idea what she?s talking about. I?ve now had to pay for a second prescription because of her incompetence.

Apauling service. Medication is not always available, waiting time is ridiculous. Its quicker to be seen my the GP than wanting to see the pharmacist. Disgusted by the service.
During my visit an older gentleman was well annoyed and ended up walking out. I understand why! Will be going back to Hilltop on pottery road. A little further but never had any issues with them. Regret the change.

Durung my work placement, the pharmacy staff themselves worked like a well oiled machine where patients and customers were seen properly and efficiently. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and aided me in my pursuit of a career in pharmacy.

I came a couple of weeks ago to collect a prescription for my son who has to have a specific brand. I had been to a few local ones and none of them were willing to help find the brand or said they couldn?t get it.Ani and the team went out of their way to find the brand that I needed and kept me informed about what was going on as it took a couple of days to source and get. Can?t thank these guys enough and now I have moved my family here, excellent pharmacy.

This Pharamcy went from being the best in the area to the worst. BUT, now Ani is back and there?s new staff I?m 100% confident that I?ll receive my medication on time and get exactly what my prescription states.I?ve been going to this pharmacy for a long time, finally it?s a pleasure to go in and be treated with courtesy, the staff really do their upmost in working on giving the patients fantastic service. As far as I?m concerned, I wouldn?t go to any other pharmacy as I?m 100% satisfied with their philosophy of putting the patients health of paramount importance.Thanks for everything and keep up the awesome work you do.

Under new ownership. Completely different now. Fast efficient service. The poor reviews relate to when it used to be run by Lloyds and the queues were long. Not the case now.
