Lovely, pleasant and helpful staff.
Always greeted with a smile.
It's never to much trouble for them when you have a query. Prescriptions are always ready on time.

I use this pharmacy regularly and every time I go in, Israel and his staff are just wonderful! They all work so hard and their patient/customer service is impeccable! They always manage to stay positive and strive for the best outcomes, often taking ownership of issues that are of no fault of their own. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone is seen and listened to and provide care for the community the way it should be done! Thank you for your service to my family and I.

I can't give them any more than 2 stars because when I phone up and ask them to order my repeat prescriptions they never do so I turn up and they're not ready, plus they need to stop hiring young girls because all they do is sit behind the counter and talk rubbish rather than doing their jobs

I have not been able to get my medication in nearly a month & had to switch brand & they were getting harder and harder to get , I tried this pharmacy by chance today & they had them! They were quick helpful & convenient really friendly & the pharmacist went above & beyond

The pharmacy is situated on the Langley High street in a location that gives access to a lot of elderly who live nearby and parents who are dropping their children off school. There is ample parking nearby too. The staff are lovely people who you can rely on. They are always nice and polite and willing to listen. They usually have what I need in stock but will order it if they don't. Unlike a lot of places too they tell me if there is a supply issue and even advise on other local pharmacies who may have done left in stock.They are always happy and willing to have a chat which is nice to see as these interactions are what elderly people who are lonely need.The pharmacist, Sam is very knowledgeable and is so nice and helpful. She can advise on alternative products which serve the same purpose and despite how busy she is she will always have a smile on her face, be polite and chat about the world. This is despite how busy she is, measuring and pouring things at the back for prescriptions. Don't change guys you're doing fantastic!
