We normally come in here. But the experience for a disabled customer wasn't good. She was treated as if she was incapable she was asked if she "works". She is a qualified professional and they were speaking to her daughter as if she has a learning disability, she has a sensory disability (visually impaired) and there is a difference and it was patronising and embarrassing.We are very wary of coming back, hopefully this can be addressed as the service is usually good.

Not a good experience in there at all.Service was poor, equipment used was clearly old and over used and the product that was used had a very strong and foul Oder.Did not listen to what I wanted, despite being told multiple times. Argued with me about the length I wanted. The cut was uneven by a very visible amount and the lady needed to be told and shown where to cut for it tp be even.

I've been using Kiran's hair salon over several years now. All I can say is that I am a very fussy person, Kiran, and her wonderful team are absolutely fabulous with me as they have got a lot of patience with me considering one is rather fussy.Kiran does an amazing job with my hair she gives me good advice on what hair colour and style will suit me , and I leave the hair salon looking and feeling fabulous, and Kiran's team do a wonderful job with my eyebrows they are very professional and they treat you with respect and they are very friendly.So I highly recommend them.Thank you ever so much, Kiran and your beautiful team, for looking after me and doing an amazing job ?? Xx

Kiran's is a useful competent place to get a good reasonably priced haircut locally. Kiran has always tried to be flexible fitting a customer in at short notice. They also do threading and nails. The original premises have gone and are now a barbers. However Kiran has relocated a couple of doors up from the Jobcentre in Oldbury opposite the council house. What a relief!Services: Hairstyling

Staff are very nice but the boss Kiran is very rude she was very rude to me and I was talking very politely to her as it was my daughters first mehndi lesson but she said I had to pay to be sitting down . She didn?t even listen to what I had to say and your meant to be polite to your customers but she was very rude to me

I?ve been using Kiran?s Hair and Beauty for several years and have always been satisfied with the service. Kiran and her team are professional, friendly and always helpful. They offer a wide range of beauty services. I regularly go to the salon to have my eyebrows done, haircut, facials and massages. I?ve always been happy with the results. Whenever I have special occasions I book Kiran to do my Hair and Makeup. She always fits me in, in the time I request and she gets me ready by the time I?ve said I need to be ready by. The location of the shop is ideal, with ample parking nearby. The longer opening hours are great too, which makes it convenient to go there after work. Kiran?s friendly nature and genuine care for her customers makes it really easy to talk to her whilst having some ?pamper? time in the salon.Services: Makeup services

Kiran is absolutely amazing at what she does and so is her staff. The most important thing is they make you feel so comfortable and always have a smile on their faces-no matter what. Great service each time I come. Kiran is so friendly and it makes her salon very popular unlike some. Xx

The unprofessional and worst behaviour of the staff , when I entered they gave a dirty and weird look and didn?t even say hello , done my eyebrows today and the lady just done it in 20secs and she has done nothing. I just paid her for her worst behaviour ,Totally disappointed. #unprofessional ladies

Asked for a face wax and had a 2 inch burn left ! She tries to tell me my skin was thin. But I get this done every month. I just couldn't get to my normal beautician . Paid more than normal. ! Avoid !Service: Body waxing
