Best KFC I have visited. Food cooked perfectly. Lovely greeting. Super fast service. Not sure but I would say KFC have improved their recipe.

Went to shop to order 2 ZINGER MEALS kept waiting 20 min while serving uber drivers. received 2 normal burgers stone cold no beans so had to have a large. Chips cold no spicy wings. Worst meal ever either get more staff and teach them properly. Serve waiting customers first. Ain't worth a star.

I had a delivery, they missed our cans of pop, I rang the restaurant they said they couldn't do anything about it but would put it in the complaints book so we could get them next time, we won't be ordering again. Extortionate costs for crap service and £31 for hardly any food- 5 pieces of chicken, 2 regular fries, 2 chicken wings, a tiny coleslaw and a small popcorn chicken, and the cans of pop that never came. Such a rip off, very dissaponted

The screens that tell you your order is ready should be used correctly. The staff press the button to say its ready but in truth they havent even started it. They prob do this to fool the system so the hit there wait time target.
I ordered a 14 pc party bucket, told the lady we dont like the drum sticks, she said i have to give you 5. When i got home she has put 7 in... 50%.

Great tasty meals which easily become a must, for every day. Amazing staff especially the weekend team. The place feels crowded due to small size with just 3 customers ordering food at a time.
Dietary restrictions: Not sure if Halal, worth enquiring
Kid-friendliness: Best for groups of 2-3 friends/family
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, from the side walks which then leads to the entrance

On main route into Birmingham City, good service, parking can be a challenge at peak times both on main road and service road
Dietary restrictions: I am coeliac but take a very very occasional risk with KFC but it would help of they fried some naked chicken and fries
