11th Nov 11:22 - Came in for a dinner during a journey to Cardiff. Cleanest KFC I've seen. Hats off to the cleaner, I could see as I was eating my meal, her attention to detail was spot on ? Nice meal and serving staff also, you get the sense they care about owning part of the franchise.

I went here the other day the staff member with the grey beard and glasses had awful service and was extremely rude to staff and other customers. We could hear him from outside the store yelling disgusting things.

Always "forget stuff " like popcorn chicken for example they have stock levels and sales and think your stupid and just don't put it in so then they can take it home ......
