Since first attending HiQ in Oldbury I now always bring my BMW here for services and maintenance, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're the best at what they do!

The guys there are fantastic, they are so helpful. Went in because the pressure of the tyres were constantly going down despite I was trying to put air in...they knew straight away what it was, it was due to the valves that BMW make so they used their equipment to put air in and didn't charge. Really nice guys and knowledgeable.

I ordered tyres off black circles to get fitted on a Saturday.. they had me down for a AM appointment. I turned up first thing on the Saturday to be told I had no chance getting them fitted on the agreed date and time slot!
They asked if I could come back Monday which was miles out of the question.
I then got in touch with black circles for a fitting refund which was eventually given to me.
This garage lied and told black circles that I couldn?t wait about that day and drove off with the tyres.
I did drive off with the tyres which were mine but I didn?t say anything about not being able to hang around for a fitting.
Will NEVER step foot or deal with these unprofessional liars in future.
Plus the receptionist was rude and unhelpful.

Great service, friendly helpful staff and tyres at a good price. Booked my tyre on line with an appointment time. Ready for me when I got there. Fitted and done in half an hour. Will use again and recommended.

I ordered two dunlop tyres through there website booked in to get them fitted on my wife's corsa, there was a problem with getting the two I needed, but Alfie was chasing the delivery. But he got them sorted for me after a few days. Had them fitted this morning. I'm Really happy with the service I had today. Never used hiQ b4 but I'll definitely will be going back. The place looks very clean and professional ?

I brought my car in to get checked but was told by the manager that my booking was not in the system despite calling up the previous day to check availability. He denied receiving my call and implied that I was a liar. There was no apology and no offer to book me in for another day.

Booked online for a MOT and service. Went on the day of the appointment. Guy at reception was rude telling me that a booking was not on his system, he had no customer service awareness and did not even try to rebook for another time. Will never use this place in the future.

Very dishonest company. They tried to overcharge me. I had to involve my partner to get a fair price. I still don't believe they really changed that part they quoted. I strongly believe that other factors including gender plays a role in their pricing

Used the online service to book an MOT. Selected two preferred dates, as instructed, and received a notification to say someone from the garage would be in touch to confirm the booking. I waited and did not hear a single thing from them whatsoever.
On the afternoon of the second date, knowing my MOT was due to expire, I contacted other garages but because I?d now left it so late, the earliest I could book is Friday, so I?m without the use of my car until then.
Don?t waste your time.
