Almost every single time we have been there, they get our order wrong, not putting on extra sausage, putting extra bacon instead, no butter, putting sauce on both. There is one girl that works there that gets it right everytime, shes the only one. If we could we would go to a different greggs but its the closest one to work. I would understand it if theres was a lot of people waiting, but when there is only sometimes one other person there, its hard to understand why they are getting it wrong over and over again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Greggs over the past three days. Each day, I have encountered the same frustrating issue: long wait times due to a severe lack of staff. There has consistently been only one person working at the front and one person in the back, which is simply not sufficient to handle the customer volume.
The lines are unbearably long, and the wait times have been unacceptable. It's clear that this isn't an isolated incident but a recurring problem that has not been addressed. The few staff members present are doing their best, but it's obvious they are overwhelmed and unable to keep up with demand.
This level of service is not what I expect from Greggs, and it is causing significant inconvenience. I hope management takes immediate action to resolve these staffing issues, as it is negatively impacting the customer experience. Until then, I will be reconsidering my choice to visit this location.

Getting worse. 7 40am and the que is out the door 1 person serving. This is becoming a regular thing here. 10 people before meCome here regularly because the service is good. But sometimes it's terrible and I'm wasting my money becuase I don't drink the drink or eat the food because its cold. Picture of my drink about 10 minutes later I poured it into and cup when I got home because I wanted to add milk it didn't taste very nice and the gregg cup was full. So poured it to add milk and noticed the bits gave it a good stir becuase I thought that's what I needed. Looked into the greggs cup and noticed what looks like Moulded milk. Photo below. I went in their today and explained and the young lad tried to say that bits of hot chocolate floating...I kept my cool. I'm 37 does this lad think I was born a few months ago? He replaced it with a free mocha thanks and I left it and had a look and took a photo of the drink I got today from the same place and left it to cool for about the same time no bits floating in the cup this time and tastes much better.

Served by a lovely girl today very polite on the till. Good service and nice food.Vegetarian options: Very nice vegan sausage rolls and steakless pasty. Pizza and sandwich rolls. Plenty to choose from.
