Was absolutely disgusted but the service I had from the women at the cashier. Her name is Jenny! Can?t miss her with them big circle glasses. She could see I was holding my child and asked me to go on the self checkout till. I said I can?t because I?m holding my son then continued to tell me well that?s where I should be?! After refusing I had my basket and said I?ll bring it round so she could scan in for me. She refused to help me! And continued to be rude! Iv never felt so disrespected before. She had no customer service skills and should be sacked ! I was served at 12:32 today check your cameras ! I was even offered help form the man behind as he saw how rude she was.

Large shopping area with a wide rage of items with a cafe upstairs. Staff are friendly and helpful and store is very clean. Unfortunately this store did not have items I needed for a new mother such as a feeding/Nursing pillow.

There's a lot of good stuff here for the home and at reasonable prices.
The café here is welcoming and serves a decent coffee and nice cakes, lovely staff too.

When this shop shuts may be the staff may think it could of been because of us.
We went in today, 1 member of staff didn't even acknowledge I was there,thay were chatting to each other about last night.
This is not what I call customer service.

I was looking for a light fitting so I phoned the store and spoke to Linda. She was lovely and so helpful. She kept looking until she found the light. I am so grateful. Every store needs a Linda!
