We visited the Oldbury store to look for a new mattress and was greeted by a lovely man named Andy. Andy made the experience very easy for us, I?m disabled with multiple spinal fractures and with his expertise and understanding, he made it very easy for me to choose the mattress most suited to me.

On entering the store we were greeted by a gentleman called Andy, he was diligent no hard sell, went at our pace. We were only looking for pillows, however we were able to try mattresses which we will definitely be considering in the near future.
Andy is an asset to the company. Would definitely recommend a visit. We were amazed at the science behind choosing thecright pillow and mattress. Thank you

We visited Dreams Oldbury this evening to get my elderly parents a new mattress and was served by Rob who couldn?t have been more helpful and understanding with them. He explained all their options in such a professional yet friendly manner and was extremely patient with them. This is the second time this year we have been to this store and on both occasions we had excellent service. We would recommend them to anyone.

Who would have thought that choosing a mattress could be such an amazing experience. Rob helped us from start to finish, we never felt pressured into a purchase, Rob was friendly and knowledgable, all the staff who were there that day were all helpful, and made the visit an easy one.
