Average in my opinion. Only go there to meet my parents now and then. They get orders wrong, they cost to much and they really need to do something about the litter bins outside. 1 is always overflowing because thats the direction people walk leaving litter blowing all over the place and the other bin is empty because nobody walks that way. Doesn't really give a good impression when the frontage of your business is covered in litter.

the staff were so sweet today. they were probably really tired by this point because we headed there a little less than an hour before closing time, but they didn?t show it at all, they were really pleasant. they gave my little sister a small hot chocolate instead of just plain milk, and the cappuccino today was flawless

I wonder if there is someone who is experiencing the hot sweats at this place as the air con is ridiculous. A loud, unpleasant visit. Each time I mention the temperature the staff don?t appear concerned.

Great place with staff who can't do enough and a fantastic manager. Will definitely recommend this place and will go back there for lunch when shopping again.

Absolutely horrific place to sit and have a conversation or work on a laptop with a 75 decibel drone from the air con. Literally made me nauseous after half an hour and the staff couldn't give a flying hoot.

Gets busy at lunch time. Don't stay for business as there's a 3 hour limit on the car park £100 fine.

Served by 2 young ladies who were preoccupied by a till recipt that was incorrect. Totally ignored the fact that a queue was forming. Eventually decided to take orders again. Both drinks were tasteless - thank you for spoiling my day!
