Some very poor carers, for instance doing a bed call and leaving the elderly person on the commode fully dressed and going, unbelievable. Shouting at elderly person, what I would class as abuse. All caught on camera and will be going to care governing body!

Amazing carers how look after my 95 year old Mom with the care and dignity that she deserves. They are what I would call proper carers and not just in it for the money.

The carers are exceptional at their job and everything they do. Especially, the tipton workers who I have interacted with are great. One small complaint is that some newer, less experienced workers leave more strain on the experienced workers and drag them down. Overall, Cherish home care is a good company and has amazing carers.
