It was with a heavy heart ?? I had to put my baby boy Glen Westie to sleep. The vet and staff were very compassionate and supportive to us as a family. Thank you ??

It was our first time, we really liked the responsive and kind staff, the doctor answered all my questions and gave good advice. We are looking forward to our next health check-up for our beautiful baby.

Been going to blacks for most of my cats life, great staff, hadn't been for a couple of years but this year the fleas are a problem, so had to return and request prescription treatment, as I was there I asked for quick check up and his nails done and pain relief as he is 17.5 and I no he's in pain, all sorted, said I had been buying over the counter flea treatment and I was not made to feel I was wrong, I have 2 other cats and as we all no things have gone up so much. Always welcomed when I arrive as well as any cat I bring, parking is a bit of problem due to traffic and now other businesses customers parking were they like and how they like, so allow time of day and time to sort your parking

I came to Blacks Vets a few years ago for a second opinion for my 8 month old puppy at the time. I was so inpressed with their quick treatment action and thorough consultation that I stayed with them & now have my 2 dogs registered here. Always very professional & polite. And most importantly - they are very good with my dogs.

All the staff at Blacks vets Oldbury are very pleasant and welcoming always willing to chat and greet your pet by name and they even get a cuddle the vet himself was very thorough and explained everything the building was clean and pleasant smelling would recommend to anyone I gave both my dogs with them and they was so compassionate when I lost my older dog just before Xmas and he wasn't even registered with them very caring and let me spend as much time as I needed after he passed away ?

I recommend to everyone, it's a great animal clinic.The employees know their craft and are very nice. They successfully castrated our little Perelka.I would like to express my words of appreciation and thanks to all the employees of this place . I recommend to anyone who needs to leave their pet in good hands. Black Vets Oldbury is a very good choice.

Lovely staff, very friendly, got an appointment straight away and was seen within 10 mins. Dog was fussed over and was given medication. Vet knew problem straight away .
