I felt very valued as a customer, nothing was rushed and Lou was very friendly to talk to.I would gladly return again, I left the salon with a huge smile on my face thanks to Lou.One thing that really stood out for me was how accommodating the team are - they genuinely care about customers and put them first especially with any requests or late bookings.
