Nightmare!!! 80 mile round trip to collect a Christmas present only to be told on arrival that any 3rd party collector must have, or have emailed, a letter of authority from the intended recipient. The fact that I'd got her driving license as well as my own along with proof of address for both of us was deemed insufficient!!...
