B&M home bargains is a good place to shop for household items, toys, and snacks. They have a wide range of products at reasonable prices. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the store is clean and well-organized. The only downside is that it's hard to find a parking spot near the store, because merry hill is always busy. But that's not the fault of b&m, it's just the location. Overall, I would recommend b&m home bargains to anyone looking for a bargain.

If you have an electricity fetish, then this is the shop for you. Got zapped by the trolley twelve times in twenty minutes. Pulled my sleeves over my hands and still got zapped. Even my buttock got zapped through my jeans. It has also happened on my previous two visits as well. Asked a member of staff if the manager was doing anything about it. She said the managers were aware but hadn't told staff if there were any plans to do anything.

Prices not same on shelf had refund on all items no manager's around poor customers service I was in motability scooter was asked to move in several times so they could clean floor not very disabled friendly will be going back I'm still waiting for manager to phone me seven days know

Popped in on Sunday, easy parking a good clean well organised shop, the only down side is thd garden centre is very small in comparison with other local b&m shops I have visited.

Love this shop always buy here, staff are helpful and friendly, always look out for the bargain deals, love to bug beauty and cleaning products here. Garden centre is lovely too, so many choices of plants and trees. Wheelchair accessible entrance, basket and trolley for in store shopping. Never had no issues when buying items here everything always worked. Do also have pick n mix sweet stall which you can pick by yourself either small, regular or large but not badly priced on them. Definitely worth a visit and it has a large car park too with plenty of spaces to park.

I had not been in this store for a few months but had a pleasant shopping experience. The shop was full of stock and was well-kept, with tidy and organised displays. The shop staff were knowledgeable and helpful, which is always a bonus. The whole store was clean and had reasonable offers, so it was worth visiting, and I would recommend visiting. Much better than at the start of the year when staff were miserable, and the shop was unkempt.

Really enjoyed shopping here, the staff are lovely and I had a nice chat with the lady on the checkout. Lots of great bargains to be found, and a lot of things that are hard to find elsewhere. Really big store too and in a handy location

Love this shop. Go in for one thing and come out with 6+ . All things that are needed! Very good value and selection of items always. Very good for seasonal goods too.
