wouldnt answer my calls or messages despite being in the vicinity of my appointment and couldn't find the salon ... told me they couldn't fulfil my appointment anyway because i had acryclics on and told me they would charge me regardless and wouldn't be able to do my appointment! completely bad customer service for a first time customer who also travelled 1 hour from leamington spa!

I had eyelash extensions done by Anisha for my holiday to New York. She was very friendly and advised me on how to take care of my lashes. Because of this, they lasted 5/6 weeks! I was very impressed with the retention so I went back to get them done again for the rest of summer. They lasted until mid September and I got them done beginning/mid August. Anisha is very professional and she did my eyelash extensions beautifully! I loved them so much, I will definitely be going back and will recommend her services to friends!

Hi, I had a set of classics done by Anisha for my holiday to Greece. She was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the experience. This was my first time ever having my lashes done and Anisha was very informative on how I should be taking care of them to ensure they didn?t fall out. I followed her advice and because of that my lashes lasted 4 weeks and they even survived the heat and the ocean when I was on holiday!I would just like to thank Anisha for her hard work and I will be recommending her to everyone!

LBA beauty - Anisha did an amazing job on my eyelash extensions I got a classic set as advised by anisha as it was my first time getting lash extensions. I had my lashes done with Anisha (LBA) and they came out within 3 days after having them done.I tried to resolve the issue very nicely but was told it was my fault that the lashes came out and that I would need to pay to have them infilled.I explained that I couldn?t afford to pay for another infill after only 3 days and would like to cancel future appointments due to how much the lashes would have to cost me overall.In addition to this I had paid in full for my mum to have her lashes done for Mother?s Day.Due to my experience I asked to cancel my mum?s appointment. I was told that it was fine but she would keep £10 due to her policy when she hadn?t even done a patch test on my mum.I?ve had lashes done many times before and had never had that many fall out within 3 days. I?m aware of the aftercare and know this was a result of poor application.I?ve never left a bad review for someone before but felt like other customers should aware before booking. I was shocked at how rude Anisha was and how bad she dealt with the situation.Service: Eyelash extensions

My wife bought a voucher and missed the deadline by a few days (her fault to be fair). The arrogance in the rely when we asked for some leniency was incredible and the customer service so poor.
