Ordered chicken and it was sent out raw. Took it back. The chicken was replaced. Cut into the chicken it was still raw. Was told that nothing can be done about. Eventually the money was rrefunded.

We visited Wetherspoons in Kingswinford today for lunch and unfortunately, left feeling quite disappointed. We ordered both food and drinks together, but while the food arrived promptly, the drinks never followed. After waiting patiently, we asked about them and were told the bar was ?rammed? and they would be brought out shortly.
By the time we were nearly finished with our food, the drinks still hadn?t arrived. I decided to go inside to check, only to find just two people at the bar, hardly what you?d call ?rammed.? After giving our table number (207, outside), we were then told that the drinks order had never made it to the outside section because ?the page on the ordering board wasn?t added.?
It was frustrating, to say the least, as the food order had come through with no issues. So, we ended up finishing our meal without drinks, which left us 'parched'. It?s disappointing when something as simple as syncing orders between food and drinks gets overlooked. Hopefully, this was just a one-off, but it left us feeling quite let down especially on a hot day!

Table 18 is knackered and has been for the past 4 years, it?s a balancing act to try n have a drink sat there so a definite no no for trying to eat a meal ?Needs sorting it?s not too much to ask is it

Conned my elderly parents out of £75 for parking. Food is awful even for a Spoons. Staff are all teenagers that couldn't give a toss.

Haven't been for a while so thought me and the wife would stop by for a breaking. Couldn't get on the carpark because some idiots had parked bumper to bumper and opposite each other on the ramp going onto carpark so couldn't get on. Ordered two breakfasts, cold drink and hot drink. Went to get the hot drink but only one coffee machine working and a queue all the way back to the bar so waited 10 mins to get a coffee by which point I arrived back to my table to a cold breakfast. The lad collecting glasses wouldn't sort the other coffee machine. Lots of people shouting trying to be heard over each other.

Your standard Weatherspoons, not quite as tarnished as most of them. Only been a Weatherspoons since 2022 i think.
Very reasonably priced drinks, atmosphere is bordering on a ghost town but that is usual for a Weatherspoons.

Hit and miss for food, sometimes it's really good for the money, however, other times you may as well go to Gregg's. Service is usually good. Good range of drinks and value for money, exactly what you get from a "Spoons"

Felt quite discriminated against today as was told to leave the pub for being too loud? One I was being as loud as everyone I was speaking to? two I partly feel like this was racism as I was having quite a loud conversation with my friends in the toilet (who were all white and weren?t sent home). I?m not saying this was done out of racism just very peculiar as I was the only one told to leave. ?????
