Not even a star!Discriminative Kingswinford branch!We were continuously mistreated by this branch, for the reason we believe, that we are ethnic minority. We made number of complaints, yet their complain handlers showed no care.We do not recommend this bank.

After a previous review of this bank, I'm back for more criticism.Originally I was interrogated when withdrawing cash, this time, my card was blocked during a small 1500 online purchase. Of course, this was for my security and not because the banks are trying to restrict control over OUR money.I have now transferred basically all of my money to a place where I have security over it and not some BIG BROTHER organisation that feels the need to control any and all aspects of MY HARD EARNED CASH.My advice is to get your money out of any bank , before they have complete and utter control over any decisions you make.

Zero star!This branch is owned and run by people who violate the law. Nationwide, without any reasonable doubt, you have been racist and unlawful. You violated the equality act, you violated the data protection act, you did everything a lawful bank would not do.Call Nationwide and listen their unfriendly threatening message. Put Nationwide reviews to google and read what they have done to thousands of other customers.

I have been using Nationwide at Kingswinford for many years now. Every visit I had some sort of abuse from its staff. On one occasion, they called me disabled through the loud speaker for just expecting help from them. Many times I felt threatened by their aggressive body language and the way they spoke to me. This is my honest opinion through my experience with this Nationwide branch. It is shocking that a bank can behave this way and still get away with it.

UPDATE: Business response is false. No investigation took place. They carry on bulling now here and give false statement. I've witnessed the staff at this branch, what it looked like, bullying my parent right in front of my eyes, when my parent, whose English is not their first language, had kindly asked for help. Disgraceful. Nationwide, you advertise how you fight against bullying, but bullying happens right at your door step, right inside your branch, right now we are writing this feedback. It is not just me or my parent, you have so many unhappy customers, with so many poor reviews, some are deeply concerning. Spare us from your generic copy/paste response, and give the Ombusman a break, they must be inundated with your customers' growing concerns. Why don't you stop bullying at your doorstep instead?

The manager of Nationwide Kingswinford branch has subjected us to discrimination. When we made a complaint, she threatened us. She collaborated with the branch owner and broke into our family member's account unlawfully in order to slander us. Finally she closed our account to silence us. We want this branch owner and those who cover for her to be brought to justice. We have evidence of their unlawful practice.

I would like to say a very special Thank You to Ellen at our local branch of Nationwide in Kingswinford, We are moving to France and have had to organise various transfers of money as well as organising all the documentation the french authorities need for all the requirements needed to prove funds . Ellen has delivered the most outstanding service with nothing but a smile on her face and all the time in the world to put us at ease ,she is an asset to any business and I would like her to know how impressed with her we were .

I tried to deposit 6 bags of coins sorted into correct denominations and the female cashier pointed to a hand written sign saying 5 bags of coins only... after trying to negotiate the sixth bag and explaining the money was for my elderly mother she said' them are the rules'...I left feeling saddened by my experience.
