Returned some day/night nurse to Morrisons Kingswinford as it had been recalled on day it was purchased at a cost of £14.45. They told us they could not refund cost and would not take it back for safe disposal and to just throw it away! This is not safe practice and I know they should have taken it for safe disposal and medication should not be thrown in household rubbish. Such bad advice by a Morrisons pharmacist!

Usually good service, have used for many years. On my visit today I had to wait in cue for just over 10 minutes, then I waited 6 minutes to be told they did not have the pills I ordered in stock. Why did the lady who served me check the computer first and then the perscriptions ready to collect and other places and then saying they had none and said I should call in on Friday after 3.00. The process appeared to be in disarray from observing other persons as well. My previous visit took time to find my pills which had been made up ready to collect. If you have a new system in place, it?s not fit for purpose. I am strongly now considering no longer using your pharmacy. As the service was totally unacceptable. The person who served me asked out loud for my date of birth and address including postcode ( other were asked the same and had to shout back their reply)In data protection issues, being asked to shout out personal details when anyone one else could hear, I believe breaches data protection regulations. A younger lady In front of me told her name, date of birth, address including post code out loud as person serving her was the other side of the middle counter as they did not bother to come to counter were the lady was waiting. The same happened to me and others while I was their. Unacceptable!!

I picked up a cooked chicken for £6 this afternoon at 4.45 got it home and it was so dried out it was inedible. Totally unacceptable

Having had to wait almost 2 weeks at another pharmacy and still not getting my medication imagine my delight when my prescription was sent in product ordered and my prescription was ready in less than 5 hours by the team at Kingswinford. A polite team and a welcomed phone call to let me know it was ready. I have now changed my nominated pharmacy to the Morrison?s team. I cannot thank you enough for your swift actions I will now be out of pain. 5 stars from me

I love it at Morrisons!! Plenty of deals and the people in the pharmacy are just lovely. Always willing to help you. Very good supermarket! Highly recommend.

Just home from a shocking visit. Long queues at too few manned tills. Self scan trolley tills are pathetic, don't recognise reduced bar codes, cannot cope with multiple bags, keep calling for the stressed supervisor.HORRIBLE.

I am appalled, angry and disappointed. I sliced a chicken steak in small slices for my 8 month old baby and found what looks like the end of a blue nitrile glove which my baby could have consumed. I understand accidents happen but surely the batch would have been discarded. I hope the accident did not lead to a cut as broken skin would not have been easily seen. This thought disgusts me. Obviously the steaks went in the bin and I will not purchase ever again

The level of service support provided at your self service tills is appalling, coupled with the fact the self service tills are some of the worst that I have ever used for lack of sensitivity, glitching etc etc the whole experience is just pathetic! You?ve got members of staff watching people awaiting help and when they decide to eventually offer assistance all get is a patronising ?sorry about your wait?!
