Sarah at the till was very pleasant. She called through to the deputy manager because the costa machine said it needed some milk or coffee beans. Very bad experience, the ladies who are on the main entrance counter are very rude. Especially, the 2 ladies , i don't know their names , but 1 who is cashier yesterday, and 2nd who is preparing the packages for online orders. Both are very rude and unprofessional.

The store was quite dirty on our visit today I don't think the floors have seen a mop in quite a few years! Asked a question to the staff in the self service area regarding a price on my receipt and was simply told to go to the cigarette kiosk? Luckily the manger I think Jonathan was there and was very helpful, thank you.
