If I could give 0 stars, I would. On 3 separate occasions, my partner and I have tried to open a joint account with them, just to be given 3 different excuses as to why they aren?t able to do it (not enough time, members of staff on holiday). Today we were finally told that we have to do it online, despite being told online to go into a branch. What a waste of time. Lazy, unapproachable staff who like to act busy. The worst customer experience I have ever received. Avoid at all costs.

Ridiculous customer service these days in kingswinford branch. Staff try to push you away from using the attendant at the desk saying ?the machines work just the same?, no, i dont want to use a machine in the wall where i have had issues previously, i want to use a deal with a real person hence why i am standing at the desk to be seen. No wonder branches are closing when the staff cant even be bothered to deal with customer's. And i was 1 of only 2 people in there.
And not opening on a Saturday is ridiculous! Some people have to work in the week and cant get there until the weekend.

Very patient and helpful with opening an account for my elderly father. They helped him choose which one would be right for him and explained everything clearly. The ladies at the counter are kind and patient. I would recommend going there.

Just called into to close a account which dates back to 1992, the young man on the desk was very efficient and helpful in doing the transaction.

Michelle and Craig were such an amazing help at bank yesterday. They went above and beyond to help us with transactions. So impressed with such kind competent staff made a difficult day much better.

Always very helpful and in this dreadful time extra caring and customer focused. Kath , Eve and all the others seem genuinely pleased to help. Well done and keep up the great work in this god awful time in our lives.

Dreadful customer service and obnoxious staff. Their â??10 bags of change onlyâ?? policy is enforced with oppressive glee by automatons who seem pertinacious in their pursuit of branch closure. The demise of the local branch is well documented. This type of behaviour further serves to discredit and undermine attempts to keep this particular British institution operational. A word to the incredulous and sneering Branch Manager, Mike. When the inevitable happens and your branch closes, please donâ??t look for employment in the service industry again.
