Ridiculous customer service these days in kingswinford branch. Staff try to push you away from using the attendant at the desk saying “the machines work just the same”, no, i dont want to use a machine in the wall where i have had issues previously, i want to use a deal with a real person hence why i am standing at... read full comment

Very patient and helpful with opening an account for my elderly father. They helped him choose which one would be right for him and explained everything clearly. The ladies at the counter are kind and patient. I would recommend going there.
