I come here to do my food shop every week. On Thursday my 10 month old daughter had chucked her bunny comforter down the first or second isle. I asked one member of staff to check if it had been handed in but it hadn?t as it had only just been lost. So I kept searching for it up and down the isles as I couldn?t understand where it could?ve got to. But I couldn?t find it so I finished my shop and went to pay, asked the girl at the till, she couldn?t be less bothered about it if she tried.
so I left and came back the next day to check it had been handed it, it?s a tiny store surely it?s been picked up and given to staff. Again the staff couldn?t be less bothered, my little girl has had this bunny since the day she was born and hasn?t had it out of her hands in months. I expected them to get another member of staff (not on tills) to check for me but she just looked in her till station and said no I?ve not got it. Looked at me blankly and just expected me to walk away. I don?t think I?ll be coming back here as the sheer lack of humanity towards customers. She had done the same thing in M&S a few months ago and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to find it. And they did find it as they care about their customers whether they pop in for a croissant or do their full weekly shop there. Just really upset with this situation, and there is no contact details for me to get hold of lost property etc!!

I think their protein tiramasu and vanilla cheesecakes are lovely. We also enjoy the bakery. The tills take a little longer to get through.

Terrible layout for the parking. The shop was very presentable and friendly staff. I personally thought the food from Lidl was of really poor quality.

My wife and I visit the store in Kingswinford at least twice a week as we like there products and services and cleanliness of this store and it's one i can recommend.

If you?ve been to one Lidl, you bet to the mall which is quite handy because you?ll always know where you are. Products are. It was clean and tidy. The checkout staff are friendly and efficient.
