Disgusting Food and Appalling Customer Service - Kingswinford KFC
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the food received today from the Kingswinford KFC via just eat delivery.
To my utter disgust, I found chicken hairs embedded in the chicken wings. This is not only unsanitary and unacceptable, but also a serious health hazard.
To make matters worse, when I contacted the restaurant to report the issue, they seemed unconcerned and treated the matter with extreme levity. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the potential health risks involved.
I am appalled by the lack of seriousness and the disregard for customer safety displayed by the Kingswinford KFC. I will be advising everyone I know to avoid this establishment.
I expect a sincere apology and a full refund for this abhorrent experience.

I like KFC but why is it so expensive compared to other take outs. Fries are lovely! Service good

We spent £77, £82 with delivery
One bucket collapsed on floor as it was delivered, covered in gravy that had spilt all over the bag during the journey. Driver was unhelpful as he blamed Kfc people and also had no response from review from Just Eat. Terrible service and will never go back!!

Spent 30 pounds on an order tonight, got everything super quick, staff were super nice and friendly but I need to be honest, the entire order was stone cold, chicken was dryer than the Sahara Desert and it just wasn?t worth the money at all, disappointed this time round.

food really greasy and to be honest stringy and poor, chips tasted like cardboard and felt like i was biting on wood.
although service was ok the food was cold and also put off by the poor hygiene as it is only at a poor 3.2 . we ordered and it came wrong i would never come back to that place again. will be choosing mcdonald over this every day of the week if i have to

The food was luke warm.
You can't order at the till, only from a giant touch screen.
No customer/staff interaction.
The prices have gone up quite a bit since my last visit around a year ago.
They want your money but not you.

Visited today 1st visit.Staff member Daniel helped us to use the ordering system as we were unsure.Libby bought our order to our table very quickly and it was piping hot and everything was delicious,lovely chips and the gravy was gorgeous! We noticed how clean the place was and low volume music in background made our visit most enjoyable.Lovely staff,lovely place,lovely meal we will definitely visit again ?
