We came here for a meal together, an hour after ordering our meals came, my wife's steak was stone cold. My mixed grill was varied in temperature, hot egg,sausage n chips. Luke warm steak gammon chicken & onion rings, stone cold peas & mushroom. Needless to say we WONT be returning.

Kingswinford harvester was way understaffed tonight long waits for food & someone to take drinks orders , fóod was ok . We are regulars normally but won't be rushing back

After Visiting here on Mother's Day, and Waiting nearly an hour and half for Breakfast With my family. I Can honestly Say I've never been in a Place With So many Complaints Coming from different tables in the Same morning . Items of food missing from meals, Slow Service, unclean Cutlery, given a dirty tea Stained mug to drink out of, 2 Sausages missing off my breakfast, the toast Wasn't toast, it was more or Less dry bread. I know it's Mother's Day, but Christ C'mon. Most of the Staff Were going to tables apologising for errors to People's meals !. Standards are right out the Window at this Place today for Sure . Why take So many bookings for Mother's Day if you haven't got the resources to Cope on the day ?.
And not even a thank you from anyone today for our Custom, Says it all really eh.

Shocking waiting time, with no update from staff.
Over an hour wait for food, and then it was cold avoid at all cost unless you are absolutely desperate.

We went for a meal here with my daughter and family as we were visiting from Spain I ordered the chicken skewers but were told they had not got any my husband had the barbecue half roast chicken which was just barbecue sauce on top, for deserts we ordered 3 chocolate fudge cakes with ice cream and they bought them without the ice cream and said the machine was broke so they were very dry, service was poor the only good thing was the salad bar we would not return again.

Great service from Sue! Food was good. Salad bar was not so good. Half empty. Asked someone if it could be refilled but didn't get done until after our mains had come by which time we didn't want any. Ale selection was also poor.

Booked for a family meal of 7 for early evening, service was to a good standard, prices do seem to have gone up as its been a while since I've dined at a Harvester.
Food arrived quickly after ordering, food was cooked well.
Major down side, disabled toilet was incredibly dirty, floor was soiled and made I difficult to use the toilet without stepping in it. Not a nice experience.

Visiting sunday lunch,extremely busy,so service was slow, just as well the menu is extensive. Childrens meal enjoyed, but steaks were a little fatty & too many chips.Dessert menu average. Certain areas of the venue were cold, and nowhere to hang coats near the tables, which were too close to each other.

Everything we wanted they hadn't got! No battered halloumi, no baked potatoes, no scampi I could go on! Why do harvesters insist on serving rolls at the salad bar which have obviously been frozen and are that dry that they just break into pieces when you try to eat them! To be honest whole visit very disappointing there are not many vegie choices anyway and you haven't got one of the main courses on offer quite poor. Wouldn't rush back there
