“We do enjoy coming to Ashwoods Tearoom each week. It is always busy and there is always a warm welcome. The quality of the food is excellent too. However the nice touches that were included pre-covid have never returned. That is a saucer with doily instead of just a mug, a complimentary small biscuit with each hot drink. They are small things but do make a difference. As for the quality breakfast it is such a shame that small changes can no longer be made to ingredients - only the standard breakfast is now available. Because of these changes we reduced the rating to 4 stars.”
