My mom has been waiting since middle of February for a chair , it's now the end of April and still no chair! She paid £700 Cash when ordered! Delivery was supposed to be 22nd March, didn't arrive, phoned and was told it would be delivered Saturday 19th April.... Still No Chair !! Supposed to be coming from Italy! Must be coming by Gondola how long it's taking! ??

So Since October 2024 I have been trying to get my recliner and settee repaired, Roger we have spoken to you many times now and you have been to my property on 1 occasion and since that visit I have been waiting for Technicians to come and inspect, today 14 March 2025 I was promised a visit from tech only to be let down once again. I have been more than understand and patient with you Roger but you seem like you simply don?t care about any aftercare. You have left me with no other option than to take further action from consumer rights organizations or pursuing a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider. I really didn?t want it to come to this but 5 months is really not an acceptable time frame for anyone to get an issue resolved. Real shame as the buying process and delivery process seemed so positive.

I would give zero stars if I could.
Quick enough to take the money but 3 times they gave excuses for the sofa not to be ready in July now September. Absolutely disgusting service , lame excuses, avoid at all costs and buy elsewhere. Old disabled person being taken for a ride. No communications to even discuss it properly, we had to chase every time.
Update to reply - purchase name Grainger. You have not done all you can in any way shape or form. My mother is in extremely upset. If you answered your phone it would be a start.
Latest update, the war in the middle east is the reason for the delay, along with no driver and 2 week shut down in August and the fabric having to come from Belgium. How many more excuses would you like to make up.

Sofa delivery by two lovely chaps, and sofa so far is just what my mom needed. No more having to go and lie down on her own upstairs when she's not feeling well, she can still be part of it all. Just a shame it took so long.

Can't thank Roger and staff enough for all there help, they were so helpful, went out of there way to help my mom and dad, bed wasn't available on the day of delivery so loaned them a bed until bed was in stock so will definitely be recommend them with 5 stars

Over 2 years I've brought sofa bedroom furniture all fine. But today orderd bedroom furniture delivered was broken I'd paid have it put together, tried to get new one and money back on fitting as came broken, delivered fine no issues but when rang Roger to get new one but money back as was not put together properly like I'd paid for. Attitude told I'd get only 160 pound back... I paid 169 plus 40 pound fitting or if new one even though there web site says free delivery they wanted to charge me extra 20 pound... so I'd loose money... in end my furniture was mended and delivered same day. Was upset with how I was spoken to... and treated by a customer who had brought furniture from there before. They may be nice when you go but when issue soon get you off phone , but make out your issue. Mindful before you buy unfortunately I will not go there again and won't tell my friends either. Very disappointed today with treatment
