“Here's a thing! They missed an item off the delivery. I phoned to tell them. They asked if I wanted them to redeliver or refund. I asked for a refund. 15 minutes later someone turned up with the refund in cash. Food is always great and delivery person is always friendly.”

“I recently walked away from the cashpoint at this branch leaving my money in the machine and not realising until a short time later. I went in to the store to see if my money had been handed in. AJ couldn’t have been more helpful . He looked at the CCTV to reassure me the money wasn’t stolen but probably returned into the machine. He was so helpful and kind and definitely deserves to be complimented on his superb customer service. Tesco are lucky to have him! Thank you”
