Worth checking out the prices. There are three chemists close to each other and to my surprise Boots was cheaper for what I wanted, if you use their advantage card. Nice staff.

Very well stocked Boots but I mainly use it for the pharmacy. They get your order done the next day, in some cases that day but just depends on when they get your prescription sent through! Overall, a great highly recommend shop.

My parents usual pharmacy could not source an item on a prescription so I visited Kingswinford Boots. Absolutely fantastic service from the pharmacy department where the prescription item was checked for stock availability in store. The item was dispensed within 15 minutes of my arrival at store asking for help with the unavailable medication. Excellent customer service with a difficult situation I had found myself in.Thank you so much appreciated.

I was to Boots Pharmacy @ 12:40 and after the lady had a look at my prescription she told me to come back later because is lunch time or to go across the road to another pharmacy. I have told her I am not well because I had major surgery but she didn't care.I am very disappointed with the staff attitude.

If you like walking into a Pharmacy with staff standing around chatting to themselves as the queue of customers gets longer and longer, no apologies, but eventually they stop chatting and ask the most stupid question conceivable "are you being served", and wondering why customers are unhappy to the extent that they have to put a sign up to ask "customers to respect their staff" (a pity they don't respect their customers)........ Then this is the Boots Pharmacy Kingswinford is for you...... Otherwise, AVOID...... This has been going on for many months now, and the staff appear to think it's OK !!! BRING BACK HELEN I SAY, SHE WAS BRILLIANT, IT WAS NEVER LIKE THAT WHEN HELEN WAS THERE.

Should be so handy having a Boots on the doorstep but on all 5 occasions I have been in, the staff have been incredibly rude and unhelpful. They hate to serve you and ignore you - even the time my 3 week old baby was screaming and I really needed some assistance with some products from the pharmacy.They tell you to use the self service even if they aren?t busy even though I needed help putting points on - also what about people who don?t know how to use it or who simply don?t want to? They hate giving out Emma?s diary packs and actually refused to give me one as they said it was out of date but the very next day the same packs were still hanging up - if they aren?t able to be sold why are they still there? It makes me dread going in as I feel so anxious about asking for any assistance.

NOT ENOUGH STAFF!!!!!!Visitied this store last weekend and there was only 2 members of staff who were both pharmacy staff so members of the public were having to wait for around 10 minutes just to be served as only 1 self service machine in store.Not good at all!!!!

Staff very impolite. There's nothing on the website to let you know times to pick prescriptions up and now have situation where if pharmacist is at lunch you can't pick up your prescription - lunch times change from day to day - no information for customers. No sorry you've got to wait and they never answer the phone - extremely poor service
