Thankfully Paul M (failure to respond) was out of office because it gave an opportunity to for another member of the team to close out an issue that had been ongoing for four months! Ben (?), from the get-go, was commited to resolve this issue and not let it drag out any further, thanks ?
Negatives:
- Items not always in stock, had to travel to alternative branches.
- Part of the problem was online customer services not being very helpful and advising to go back to branch.

Staff are excellent here .....very friendly considering the lock down ...bought 2 lovely worktops , one reduced with a slight chip and made up ...all in all nice experience....every staff member was great and unlike the B&Q with its car park full of customers waiting to get in i got in pretty quick here....bonus.
