I went in to get help as "someone" had managed to view my account details and were sending me texts to prove it. I was seen by John and went through the whole process of sorting the threat out, and it was decided to give me a new card, which was perfect, and stopped the panic of losing my pension money. I am so grateful for the help I received. (And just as a thought, this is a real customer, not AI, ). Thank you TSB Halesowen.

Terrible branch. I took money out at the ATM and after the machine gave me the money, my card wasn?t returned. I went in and asked for help and was told because it was not a TSB card, they couldn?t help.

closed my account because I couldn't do what I needed online. staff is very helpful, and the account is now closed. no one cared about the closures. is that a problem? lack of concern?? makes one wonder

All the TSB's in South Birmingham have closed down, so my Mum has to travel has all the way to the Halesowen branch (because not everyone does online banking) went with her today the staff were so helpful and friendly, sorted in 10 minutes! Please do not close this branch!

Over the past two days I have visited this branch three times to deposit a large amount of coins from charity collections. The staff on both occasions have been polite, friendly and patient. Thanks Halesowen TSB - the team need to be commended!

Very patient staff.Paying in today, been very ill for the past few weeks. The female and male on the cash desk were very patient as they could see I wasn't well. Thank you, it goes a long way when you need extra time to get sorted.

Called into the bank today about my business account. I couldn't fill in all the detail's online. A wonderful young woman called Charlotte helped me to sort out my problem. Just called the bank about a query I have only to be told that they are busy thanks for calling. This service is simply not good enough. it's almost as if the customer doesn't matter. Appalling
