Over the past two days I have visited this branch three times to deposit a large amount of coins from charity collections. The staff on both occasions have been polite, friendly and patient. Thanks Halesowen TSB - the team need to be commended!

Very patient staff.Paying in today, been very ill for the past few weeks. The female and male on the cash desk were very patient as they could see I wasn't well. Thank you, it goes a long way when you need extra time to get sorted.

Just made a trip to here and it?s closed for staff training. How rude to people, the branch should be conducting training without affecting people who have travelled to the bank !

Called into the bank today about my business account. I couldn't fill in all the detail's online. A wonderful young woman called Charlotte helped me to sort out my problem. She was with me for over half an hour helping me. Thank you Charlotte you went beyond your duties to help me. Thanks again. Chris

Have been with TSB a while. It would be more helpful to us working 9-5 through out this pandemic if branches were open for a couple of hours on a Saturday morning.I can not get to a branch in time in my dinner break.

I have been a customer for many years along with the rest of my immediate family. The staff at TSB (Halesowen) have always been professional, polite and helpful.

This a review of this branch and not TSB as a whole, I find the staff helpful and polite and cannot complain of the service I?ve received on each occasion I?ve attended

I had been using this store 1-2 times a week for 8 years without incident or even a bad word said throughout. The first week of the pandemic I went in to put money into my business account, as I entered the bank manager by the name of Jon approached and asked what I was in store for, I explained that I was just putting money into my account and he asked if I could use the self service machine, I explained I would rather not as it only takes 50 notes at a time, I had more, and also it never takes all the notes, spits some back out ( have attempted to use the machine many times before). I asked if it was mandatory to which he said no, so I said I'd rather go to counter as would be quicker. Jon then says yes it is mandatory i have to use the machine, no gloves were provided, no hand sanitizer provided, so I was told It is mandatory to use the machine that I can only presumes everyone else before me had been touching too as it is mandatory. While this is going on customers are going to the counter to be served. So i use the machine, 1 transaction,2 transaction,3 transaction, on the 4th transactionni said look its just spitting some of the money back out and not accepting im going to have to go to the counter, which I did, while at the counter the lady who has served me many times over the 8 years decides she also wants to have a go at me because apparently I don't understand the importance of the pandemic (while wearing gloves and face mask and sanitizer on the desk, but nothing provided for customers) as this is happening jon comes over and states word for word, dont worry write his details down ill have him!To me this is a threat, so I explained no need to have my details if you want me I am standing here come get me, i then write my address down on a peice of paper slap it on his chest and say here come get me when you are ready (yes I understand I was wrong for that however I precieved that he had just threatened me)He then states when i said ill have you i meant ill be closing youre account! At this point my money had been paid in so I left.I then received a letter from tsb stating they are closing my personal down due to threatening behaviour, I called to complain about this and was told sorry we take his word for it and thats the end of it youre account will be closed in 2 weeks. The next day I receive another letter from tsb this time stating my business account will be closed for the same reason, I then phone the business help line and this time was able to put a complaint through, I explained my side of the story and advised them to check cctv along with microphones that they have installed as they will clearly see the whole incident this way. However they did not, they sent me a letter a week later stating they have spoke to the manager and his colleges and they believe what they say happened. So as a tsb manager if you do not like someone for whatever reason all you have to do is say they threatened you and they wil believe every word the manager says! Now I do not like the throw the accusation of rasicm around for no reason, however on the day of my incident, within the same hour, another customer of colour had the same problem with the manager, and his bank account was also subsequently closed down. I find it a big coincidence that 2 people of colour came into the store on the same day within the same hour and apparently both were threatening the manager while he apparently did nothing wrong, now I can not speak for the 2nd individual, however for myself I only threatened jon ( if you call giving him my address and saying come have me when you're free as a threat ) once he had been rude arrogant and threatened myself.Due to covid-19 by business has lost 3k takings weekly, as everything around me is closed and I am in the town centre, I was hoping to apply for the bounce back loan in order to keep me going throughout the pandemic. Tsb refuse as accounts being closed, and my new account won't be open for 2 months, so I'm unable too. If business stays like this I will close for good. Thanks jo
