I went in to get help as "someone" had managed to view my account details and were sending me texts to prove it. I was seen by John and went through the whole process of sorting the threat out, and it was decided to give me a new card, which was perfect, and stopped the panic of losing my pension money. Terrible branch. I took money out at the ATM and after the machine gave me the money, my card wasn’t returned. I went in and asked for help and was told because it was not a TSB card, they couldn’t help.
