Terrible branch. I took money out at the ATM and after the machine gave me the money, my card wasn’t returned. I went in and asked for help and was told because it was not a TSB card, they couldn’t help.

closed my account because I couldn't do what I needed online. staff is very helpful, and the account is now closed. no one cared about the closures. is that a problem? lack of concern?? makes one wonder
