Visited yesterday teatime.Salad items very poor quality and no variety.Man who was serving very abrubt and rude, not just to me but to a young girl who was after something to buy to go with a mothers day card.He was talking at her as if he couldnt possibly understand her because she was of asian appearance, and just dismissive of her, poor kid.Very angry with his attitude, how does a person even get a job if they are so rude?

I'm sorry but how stupid is this place that I'm a member but don't get my discount on meal deal, what's the point on being a member if you cam only gey offers in certain store.will not be using this company again thing I'll go back to Tesco instead

Decent store apart from always out of stock of meal deal items and drinks. Days before getting restocked. The hot counter is never restocked and the rollover hotdogs, burgers are always out of stock.

This store has gone down hill. Always full of staff that never seem to be doing anything, the meal deal section has hardly anything in at any time of the day, I've just brought a drink got back and it was only half full, didn't notice in the shop, half the selection of everything else is poor, who ever the manager is needs sacking

Got to be the worst co op locally I've used , miserable staff looked like they being paid 50p phr, barely anything fresh on the shelfs , no lids for milkshakes or lack.of interest finding any ,ended up leaving my shopping to 3rds of the way around and going to the one by the Amber tavern, won't be back I'm glad to say ?

Reasonable convenience store, as with all co-ops it's outrageously expensive but you can get what you need.

Staff are always so lovely and it?s nice to see them have fun in each others company. Decent array of stock and new machines (milkshake, Costa coffee, hot food area) prices don?t seem to be as bad as the ?blue? co-ops. Would pick a green co-op any day, especially this one

Absolutely disgusted with the coop tonight. Myself and my partner were casually paying for our food at the self checkout when two men began to fight by us knocking us both into the counter. The staff member behind the till said and did nothing and instead gossiped about what had just happened to another member of the public. I spoke to the blonde lady stating that she offered no customer service. Instead of apologising she shouted at me that she didn?t see anything and I didn?t say anything. I was right in front of her and I shouldn?t have to say anything if she was vigilant and doing her job rather than gossiping. I have a nice bruise on my hip and feeling quite upset. Terrible customer service.

Visited the the store today near Kent Rd, we noticed on sale outside the store trays of plants which were bone dry and dying, we have been to other coop store's and found it to be the same.One coop store we visited is located in Brandhall, we did on that occasion point the issue out to staff who did come out and water but I think they would not recover.
