First time I've used The Carpet Shop for one of my rental properties .They did the whole place from top to bottom at a great price and the work was A1
Luke in the shop was great with the initial visit and almost immediate quote and more importantly when I instructed them to do the work , he kept me up to date with what's going on . Will definitely use these guys again . Well done chaps

I used this business to have my bedroom carpeted, then vinyl flooring in my living area, very good quality, excellent fitting, shop owner/ staff very helpful, good prices, I would recommend this business all day long to anyone ( and have done)

Would never have these carpet fitters again left my house a complete tip even though I left the hoover out for them to clean up after themselves will go else where in the future shouldn't be allowed in people's homes discrase..

Recently purchased a new living room carpet from these guys which is now the 6th time I?ve used them. Each time the sales and fitting process has been seamless and the staff and management have bent over backwards for us. Extremely polite, helpful, very reasonably priced and good quality materials and workmanship. Couldn?t recommend them enough.

Supplied and fitted carpet for stairs, landing and two bedrooms. Really happy with the quality and speed of fitting. Fit us in around a cancellation for the 2nd room which was really helpful as we had a bed being delivered the day after. The guys in store are really helpful and have always been polite. Would use again!

Really disappointed with the experience of using this store. I arranged for them to carpet the bedroom, lounge and hallway. Iordered two different types of carpet for the lounge and bedroom on the day it was fitted I had left them to it in another room only to realise they had but the wrong carpet in the lounge and bedroom. I had to then change the carpet I wanted in the bedroom. The store assistant had not labelled the different carpets so the fitters didn?t realise they were different. I had no call from the store to apologise or offer any compensation. I then returned to the store to ask advise for a fireplace and how best to finish the carpet around the edge of the tiles. The older man that served me was rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. I would not recommend and will never go back there. After spending £1000 on carpets with them you would not expect to be spoken to in such a way.
