The staff are always helpful and friendly despite being really busy. Will give advice and I?ve almost always had prescriptions ready and waiting for collection.

Shocking. I don?t think I?ve ever just walked in and got my prescription without a 30 min wait. It?s never ready. Staff stand around talking behind the screen. Running customers down about them being rude to them. They should train the staff to actually do the job they are paid to do instead of gossiping when customers are in the shop.

Shuts at 18:15 on a Wednesday but had shutters half way at 18:05 and told me they were closed.Staff didn't seem happy when I still went in and picked up treatment.

Absolute disgrace handed in prescription repeat told 5 days later they had no repeat from gp . Rang gp no request from Peak ended up with 4 months prescription because they had obviously not seen that the first prescription had been put up by them so now I have 4 months medication in my house . Customer service dreadful and tried to blame computer .Computer is only as good as the person inputting all the info .On several occasions they have asked if I could order our own no I won?t change what has always worked but I sure will not use the pharmacy again .

Every time I go there, you have to wait for your prescription to be done, it matters not when it was sent, it was slow and bad enough when it was owned by Murrays but its even worse now. The staff are great but its so annoying.

Brilliant friendly staff who go above and beyond to help people get their prescriptions very fast considering just how very busy they are. Highly recommended and thank you to all who provide such a brilliant service to all of the user's ?

I have given 1 star when there should be none!What on earth has happened to Murray?s? They used to be so good, now they are dreadful.Halesowen Cornbow closes in the morning whilst they mess around inside, they never answer the phone and they?re delivery service takes over a week!!!My personal experience happened with Thornhill Road where they delivered 2 packs of my medication and a pack for a prescription done on the following day. The problem was that the 2 items came from one prescription which contained 8 items so I phoned to ask why. On the 48th call a lady answered and explained that they were awaiting one of my items!!! I called at the chemist only to be told that was not the case and they made a mistake not delivering. Then proceeded to tell me that it takes 2 days to get prescription from the doctor, again a lie as my prescription was ordered one day and then processed date on my tablets was next day. How can we believe these people, they are supposed to help us, if they want to stay as part of the community then they had better up their game as I have heard bad reports from lots of people about both pharmacies.

Awful service, can?t deliver to disabled patients, using excuses of a ?merger?with another company as an excuse for a lack of several services, staff rude and unhelpful, terrible experience

Very friendly sociable group of pharmacists, they tend to remember you when you go in and always try to get prescriptions in as soon as possible, we've really appreciated them as Foster parents and the fact they are so close to our local doctors is a big bonus
