Possibly the worst mcdonalds within the West Midlands. Used because its local and every time its been appalling. Fries tasteless and always cold. Burgers always look like they have had 12 rounds with Mike tyson. Staff useless and always mucking around.

Usual McDonald?s food but got worse like most as they prioritise uber eats over walk in customers. A 10-15min isn?t unusual even when it?s quiet. Busier times are horrendous

Unless it?s a new menus I didn?t realise you were selling a cheeseburger cold! I never even had to wait in the drive trough, and yet when you try to call the McDonald?s number for that restaurant all is does is ring out!! What?s the point in a phone if no one answered it the other end!! Absolutely disgraceful!!! If I were an inspector I?d shut the place down!! Food is meant to be served at a certain temperature and mine was far from it, but guess what, you can complain cause no one answers the phone, and would cost more in fuel just to take it back!!! Lucky I can only give 1 star!!! Absolutely disgraceful!!!!

Constantly get told to park up and wait when use the drive through, never any parking when waiting so constantly have to block other cars in.always have something missing from my order. One of the worst mcdonalds out there

Had difficulty parking our 2 car convoy but with a welcoming smile on her face, the manager (or owner, not sure) made space available for us to park. This was after we cheekily moved a no parking cone we wasn't supposed to lol We then had issues ordering on the app. The issue was swiftly dealt with and the food was great! I'll have to visit this maccers more often.
