Store generally is good, but some off the staff especially Kath, and the new manager Gav so rude and arrogant, need customer service training for sure, have just made a complaint to head office about these two, let the team down

I had not been to this branch of Lidl for a few years and was very pleasantly surprised at what I found the store had been refitted with latest in stand up fridges the selection of products was first rate and the staff were warm friendly and very helpful a very pleasant shopping experience ?

Love the fresh pastries. But poor customer service. It's like the staff doesn't want you to be there. Really really poor service.

It's OK but the staff are not usually friendly or helpful. I have had to manoeuvre my way around pallets of good while shelves are being restocked. This is often at times when the store is busy.Despite this, the food is good and cheap. The bakery section is excellent. Not lots of choice, but enough to allow me to do my weekly shop.

Friendly helpful staff, usually well stocked. Plenty of parking. Only beef I have is they always run out of sourdough baguettes early compared to other Lidls. What's up with that

Dan wasn't familiar with how coupon works and caused long queues behind, but blamed on me for holding the check out back. He refused to apologize to me, I had to speak to manager Joe, Dan was kind of forced said a "sorry" in a perfunctory way then walked away. I didn't even hear what he said.... this is not the way the customer should be.
