Food had been left out all day by the taste of it. Chicken pieces are about the same size as the popcorn chicken.

We are regular customer from this joint and always takeaway. I will caution everyone who orders a takeaway to check the order before you leave the shop otherwise you will find missing items and the shop will say that they packed it for sure!
This happened in multiple occasions some times wings or pieces are missing when you buy buckets.

Dat by the door seating area this place needs a double outer door to keep the heat infront door locks open and won?t close deffo get all the chills no good when trying to spend money in here

Awful experience today food was cold chicken price was about the size of a sparrow. Called up and spoke to Hayden appalling level of customer relations would be an improvement.

My 80 year old husband went to get our 6 year old granddaughter a 2 piece meal
and was given 2 drumsticks which were dark and dry
he did not think to ask for one breast or thigh
One wasted journey and one hungry grand child
Called and spoke with a manage said should have asked for what pieces you wanted
They really don?t care
Shan?t be using the halesowen KFC

Usually very tidy, clean bathrooms, but a difficult store to keep touchscreens clean etc. It mostly depends on whether the chips are hot and you get decent pieces of chicken (it sometimes feels like KFC are trying to source even smaller, scrawny chickens than ever). There's always parking (90mins) or the drive thru. It's quite a good branch.

We went through the drive through tonight at around 9pm 27th sept,the food was vile and the chicken looked like it had been cooked in dirty oil,we all tried the food but on appearances and taste we decided to bin it, we basically spent £56 and 5 drinks

A young guy attended to me and the system was not accepting and process offers on my phone.
He escalated the issue to his Supervisor and was sorted.
I requested for more mayonnaise for the chicken and he respectfully went back and handed it over.
Chicken was well done as I always loved it and the seasoning was heavenly.
I mean it was the best KFC chicken I have ordered in a long time!
