So I'm a good buyer of product from H&B now I've been in today and ordered diabetones, yesterday I purchased honey, I spend about £70 to £100 a month, now I'm diabetic and I have no gall bladder, so if I need the toilet then I've got to go, Metformin is a strong tablet and anyone who takes it knows, I asked the manager please let me use the toilet, I was on serious pain, and the answer was no, you aren't insured, this was the manager, Halesowen branch, I was in agony doubled up on pain, please I said, I told her I'm diabetic, no, I had to try and find somewhere else, well I got back and my diabetones were there, refund please, poor girls could see I was in pain and upset, I will never use this shop again, until that hard faced manager has gone I'll never use it, I help everyone, uniformed service I was, and I helped everyone, she said was in agony, and she didn't care, loyalty card in the bin, you've lost me

Visited today for advice on hand cream. My god how dissatisfied i was. The manager was unhelpful in all aspects of the job. All i wanted was help. Not to feel like a burden. I left really upset. . Complained to customer service and the usual no response. Very much dissatisfied with the whole thing. Will not be returning.

I?ve just filled in a qr code survey after visiting the store today but not sure if I?ve done it right as the scale only went to 7 but would have given a 10 all round. Thankyou to the lovely sales assistant today who gave knowledgeable advice on a deodorant I was looking for. As a vegan I wanted a cruelty free, eco friendly product and she helped me pick The Wild deodorant. Wow! It smells delicious and works wonders. Thankyou for your advice, sorry I didn?t get your name but you are an asset to this store. Friendly, smiley and very helpful. Lovely shopping experience today. Thankyou

I won't go in store again the manager tryed to sell us a product what we did not attend to buy she kept on asking she will look online to see if they have a product what we did not want to buy she was sharp and did not listen that we did not want it I will not return to the shop with a nasty sharp attitude like that

I have been a customer of Holland and Barretts shop based in the Cornbow Shopping Centre Halesowen for a number of years and I can highly recommend the experience. During my visit today Julie and Natalie have been absolutely splendid. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their products and this has assisted both mine and my husbands wellbeing enormously. Well worth a visit.

This store is ridiculously small so I definitely wouldn't recommend visiting if you use certain mobility aids or require more space to get around. The items I was looking for were overpriced as well so I ended up not even buying anything from there. However the staff seemed very friendly and knowledgable so at least there's that.

What has happened to the chilled and freezer section??? once this was a good place to shop for frozen vege and vegan food, now its a struggle, why has it gone? yet it advertises that halesowens H&B is an chilled and frozen store, totally disappointed.
