Absolute atrocious behaviour and service from the help and advise staff that are there. Staff slow at help and advice. The tellers refused to do a bank transfer telling me that's where its done at help desk.Been in the queue for almost 40 mins. I've been going to this branch for years and I found nothing but the helpfulness and service I needed. I hope they continue the battle to stay in the High Street in the smallest places. Well done!
