Took two Halfords centres and two days to do a MOT. Booked in an appointment and still waited nearly 4 hours for the service. And the car failed MOT initially due to a head lamp bulb installed incorrectly. And the bulb was actually fitted by another Harrods centre. Enough is enough. Bye.

One of the best teams I have met at this branch. They are very friendly and helpful. The time waiting for MoT to be done was not boring at all. I would recommend this branch to all. It was a wonderful experience.

Halfords Halesowen, just wow! They?ve been phenomenal this week! No where else locally had any aircon gas for a top up besides them. They ran a pressure test on the car straight away after turning up spontaneously then booked us in 2 days later for a new condenser. They have been absolutely amazing in helping us. This is going to be our new local Halfords. Thank you so much guys!!

Shocking service!
Firstly my MOT failed and i was quoted at least £2,000.00 - i then had the work done for £120.00!
Returned to have the retest. Appointment was for 2:20pm???.. it?s now 4:40pm and they havent even had it on the ramp as yet!
Useless, non communicative and way over priced!

Came here for a mot tiny delay but nothing to complain about, called me as soon as it was done and when I got there explained future work that I should do to my car, had a laugh aswell with them at reception great team, good experience

I went there after talking to customer service about removing my dash cam and wiring and reinstalling in a new car later.Staff were very knowledgeable and told me they didn't carry out that work.Had to make another journey to Oldbury but again a wasted journey as their fitter was fully booked for the next few days and on holidsy thecweek after.Cant say the same about customer service though.

Avoid at all costs.
Appointments don't mean anything.
Communication is non existent and when they do communicate there's lots of attitude and it's all lies. When you raise a complaint they can't even follow company policies.
