Thanks to the ladies at the store who are extremely supportive and don’t hesitate to be helpful in a professional manner. Unfortunately the lovely fitters found a problem with my floor under my old boards so I couldn’t have it ripped up… I would have to have chip boards put down first, but I was not advised on this before hand and it wasn’t in my budget really. No ones fault really as the ladies where brilliant. The fitters had to lay the new boards on top of the old boards because of a bad floor underneath, but I’m glad because it’s made my house warmer. The fitters were extremely fast and helpful and helped with lifting Heavy furniture. They even fitted a bare step going the extra mile. I would recommend the British Floor Store to anyone who needs a good quality solid floor to last.”
