I collected some food on my way home from work that my wife had ordered for collection. I got home to find I had accidentally given the wrong order. The manager of the store called me straight away to apologise and within 10 minutes my order was delivered to my home. I can?t thank Halesowen Dominos enough, the team went above and beyond. Thanks again!

How do these guys rep dom pizza my god. Ordered 2 pizzas through Uber and asked for no mushrooms on Both pizzas , they both came with mushrooms what kind of Morons do they have working here ? Total waste of money, do main branch not do inspections as if they did this store would have some serious problems.

Avoid! This branch is just not worth it. The customer service is non-existent, the food isn?t great, there?s clearly poor hygiene standards due to food poisoning being caused from their food (even vegan options with no meat or dairy) AND if you happen to be walking past as a pedestrian then run for your life as their delivery drivers do as they please and have almost run people over too many times. They only offer a free pizza if you complain and ignore everything you?ve said, especially that more than one person got food poisoning from an order!!! I wouldn?t dream of buying or consuming food from them ever again, why would I want a free pizza?! Make it make sense!
Oh, it also doesn?t make you feel welcome when you go in to collect and the staff shout at you/talk to you like you?re worthless. Oops, someone needs to train their staff to be decent human beings maybe?!

This place has the rudest staff who cannot communicate nor talk English properly, they make bad sized unfresh topping pizzas as far as I am concerned they should be shut down or have a full refurbishment not of just the establishment of a Domino's Pizza but retrain of new staff and a Manager on site. In future I will be ordering elsewhere locations from Domino's Pizza enough said.
