I had a customer who wanted their kitchen paint matching for redecorating, but they couldn't remember the make or name of the paint. I scraped a small sample off the wall & fixed on masking tape. Laura at the Crown Halesowen Branch was brilliant, it was a busy morning but she took the time to help me, scanned the sample successfully despite it being small and cracked, got a paint code and went through the swatches with me - the result was an almost perfect match, using Macpherson Acrylic durable matt.The attached photo shows the original paint on the right of the cooker hood, & 1st coat of the new paint on the left.The customer is delighted.Many thanks to Laura for her time & help!!Jordan Foster. Big shout out to Wendy. Had a number of different surfaces I needed paint for and wasn't sure what various types of paints and primers I needed. Wendy could not have been more helpful in identifying what I needed for the the job.

Total quality service in every way. The Sales Assistant called Wendy went out of her way to explain everything I needed to know about painting the wall I needed to paint. This was an amazing experience and one that other DIY stores should learn from. Thank you

Honestly will not go anywhere else for paint now. Such lovely staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. I was not made to feel stupid for being so indecisive about which off white I needed for my kitchen!!! Excellent customer service with sound advice.
