Never open pain in the back side for sending and collecting parcels. When shutters aren?t down there?s a ?back in 5 mins? sign on the door and you be waiting for up to 2 hours to get back in. Honestly no idea how this place is still open

Closed at 2pm on a Monday lunch time. A note scribbled in the window saying "back in 5 minutes". I waited 15 minutes outside with 3 other customers before giving up.

Trying to pick up a parcel from there . Literally live a few minutes away but never open . I am gonna get in touch with Amazon . Because it?s not good them sending it there .
