City Plumbing Halesowen.Phoned the Halesowen branch today to make a stock enquiry for a pneumatic flush button. I was then spoken AT by a very rude man with a couldnt care less attitude; . The phone then went dead so as we were reasonably close we popped in. The man behind the counter, maybe the same man as on the phone, then was as unhelpful as he could possibly be. Dreadful customer service. Never used them before, never will again. Went from here to Edwards plumbing in Longbridge for the exact opposite. Wonderful customer service from knowledgable and helpful staff. See a seperate review

I purchased a 28mm gas meter union and was charged over £8 for one fitting. Screw fix sell these at £4.49 how can you justify these prices total rip off.
