There was a guy in today between 20-30 that served my mom and dad, they were after the poltergeist movies on dvd, this member of staff was brilliant with them and managed to find the discs even tho some vile scum had stolen the cases that were on display. He was really helpful and mom was full of praise and let me tell you she's not easily pleased. Well done I'll be in soon with my own list???

I had quite a poor experience here, problems parking, tight layout of shop, click and collect wasn't ready even though I'd had an email saying it was ready to collect, staff were distracted but friendly and polite. My item had a faulty cable and charger, which nearly 2 weeks for them to sort out. They didn't sort it to my satisfaction, and I had to return to the store to collect it as they wanted 12 days to post it out. Cex used to be better than this. Maybe it was just the Halesowen branch that dropped the ball.

Unfortunately the halesowen store is hit and miss with the level of customer service thats given out. Sometimes the staff are super helpful and other times they aren't.

It's ok but they don't make it easy enough for me to use as a disabled person with moderate learning disabilities it is confusing to me and I don't buy anything from them for the purpose that they put how much they buy and sell for and i get mixed up so simplified would be nice and more product information

I brought a Samsung s21 cost £270. My partner doesn't like Samsung so I took the phone back and was told on the receipt I had 48 hours to return it. The receipt doesn't say that and your policy says 31 days. And I was told I could sell it back to them for £129

Unprofessional staff especially the manager Ross. Always very abrupt when I come in to browse plus the stock is always the same they don't restock regularly they need more choice.

I have shopped here a couple of times recently, each time I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful, and one time this staff didn?t didn?t know the answer to my question and asked the manager, Who helped me above and beyond what I considered helpful information . I highly recommend this store, I it is well stocked and the staff very helpful when you need advice
