Been in here this morning to pick up some birthday cards. Another customer and myself stood waiting to be served as the lady behind the counter did nothing but chat to another woman clearly a family member about a family problem. Took her ages to serve the customer in front of me and never even spoke to the customer. Bad customer service! not good to ignore your customers. I walked out and went to the next card shop in the precinct. Better cards and decent customer service from staff who don't ignore you.
